A pre-launched event of the Trivelles Smart Homes Islamabad was held in London today where the huge audience from the Pakistan community participated and appreciated the project. The core aspects of the project were discussed by the project officials.
The CEO of the Trivelles group shared his views about the project that they have introduced the first-ever smart home project in Pakistan and glad that they have sold 80% of the phase-1 on the 1st day of its launch.
Initially, they have introduced 4 villa blocks named Abbey, Strand, Harley and Regent villas occupying 5 Marla and 10 Marla land. Abbey and strand villas consist of 3 and 4 bedrooms whereas the Harley and Regent Villas are of 4 and 5 bedrooms respectively.
The Trivelles smart homes are located only 7 mins drive from the new Islamabad international airport and only 22 mins drive from Rawalpindi city center. The smart city is designed by a Singaporean company Surbana Jurong responsible for designing the Singapore Smart City earlier.
