Centralised Cooling System

Perfectly suited to the atmosphere in Pakistan and the healthiest option for residents and the environment. A system of air cooling through water is installed on the roof providing chilled air to all bedrooms and living rooms through preinstalled ducts during construction. This system keeps the home at a controlled temperature even if the outside is very hot. As with other smart features the temperature can be controlled remotely.

Carbon mono-Oxide sensor

Sensitive concentration detection on the carbon monoxide to avoid gas poisoning. It will flash red and alarm loudly when the CO concentration is beyond the normal range and warn you of imminent risk.

Water Leak Sensor

Closes the window automatically when detecting the rain. Put the water leakage sensor beside the window to detect if it’s raining, and link with the window pushing device to close the window automatically if it detects the heavy rain.

Additional Smoke sensors

Detection of smoke to avoid a potential hazard. It will alarm loudly when it detects smoke in your house, warn you via a phone app.

Additional indoor Cameras

The living rooms, stair lobby and drawing room are covered through indoor CCTV cameras. You can monitor your house on your smartphone, 24/7 anywhere in the world.

Additional door/windows sensors

All ground floor windows and doors are fitted with sensors. When activated, they alarm as well as send SMS and email to your smartphone. Acts as a warning system against any intruder/break-in.

Additional outdoor cameras

The property is covered through front and rear external CCTV cameras. You can watch outside of your property on monitors installed inside the living rooms and also on your smart phone any time and anywhere in the world.

Automated curtain Rail system

Provides the opening and closing of any curtains/blinds in house through your smart phone/tablet. Can also be programmed for fixed time operation for opening/closing of curtains each day.

Smart Mirror

A large mirror installed in bathroom, connected with your laptop/computer/smartphone to give you screen access/News etc whenever you want to use it. It is touch-sensitive and gives you complete operational access of your connected device.
